Last updated: October 20, 2026

Radical Numerics Inc. (“Radical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our public corporate website and related website inquiries and communications (collectively, the “Website”).

This policy applies to the Website only. It does not govern separate products, applications, research services, or platforms offered by Radical, which may have their own privacy policies and terms.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Website.

Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact and inquiry information. If you submit your work email address or other information through the Website, or communicate with us about potential partnerships, collaborations, or business opportunities, we may collect the information you provide, including your email address, name, organization, and the contents of your communications.
  • Other information. We may collect other information you voluntarily provide when communicating with us through or in connection with the Website.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access the Website, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, approximate location derived from technical data, referral information, pages visited, website interactions, usage logs, diagnostic information, and analytics data. We may associate information about your interactions with the Website with your contact information when you provide it to us.

We use hosting, analytics, website tracking, and customer relationship management (“CRM”) service providers to help operate the Website, understand how it is used, and manage website inquiries.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website;
  • receive, manage, and respond to inquiries and communicate about potential partnerships, collaborations, and other business opportunities;
  • understand website traffic and interactions and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications;
  • manage contact records and business relationships;
  • detect, investigate, prevent, and address misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • comply with applicable law and legal process, enforce our policies, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Radical and others;
  • send product updates, newsletters, event invitations, and other business communications where permitted by applicable law and consistent with any more specific notice provided at collection; and
  • support our internal business operations.

You may opt out of non-essential promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us at privacy@radicalnumerics.ai. We may continue to send communications necessary to respond to your requests or manage an existing business relationship.

We may aggregate or de-identify information and use the resulting information for analytics, website improvement, and other lawful purposes. Where we maintain information in de-identified form, we do not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted or required by law.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may disclose information to providers that support website hosting, analytics, tracking, CRM systems, email, security, and other business operations. These providers process information in connection with services they provide to Radical, subject to applicable agreements and law.
  • Legal, security, and safety matters. We may disclose information as required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or threats to rights, safety, or property.
  • Corporate transactions. We may disclose information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for third-party advertising or retargeting.

4. Analytics, Cookies, and Online Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, similar technologies, and analytics tools to operate, secure, and understand use of the Website, evaluate website interactions and communications, and improve our Website and services.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about use of the Website, including through cookies and similar technologies. For more information about how Google collects and processes this information, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our website tracking and CRM tools may record visits and interactions and associate those activities with contact information you submit through the Website. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting technologies or use the Website to track users across unaffiliated websites for advertising purposes.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, the Website does not currently respond differently to browser DNT signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to track your online activities over time and across unaffiliated websites for behavioral advertising when you use the Website.

You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. For more information, see our Cookie Notice.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, managing business relationships, maintaining security and appropriate business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information and applicable legal and operational requirements.

If you request deletion, we will process the request as required by applicable law, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and other rights relating to its processing. To make a request or ask about our privacy practices, contact privacy@radicalnumerics.ai. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law.

8. California Residents

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and information about our collection, use, and disclosure practices. Radical does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or retargeting. California residents may submit privacy inquiries or requests to privacy@radicalnumerics.ai. We will provide applicable notices and honor rights as required by law.

9. International Visitors

Radical is based in the United States. If you access the Website from another country, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use appropriate safeguards as required by law.

If United Kingdom or European Economic Area data protection law applies to our processing, our legal basis will depend on the purpose of the processing. We may rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the Website, respond to business inquiries, maintain business relationships, and improve our services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; on consent where required, including for certain cookies or promotional communications; and on legal obligations or pre-contractual steps where applicable. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact privacy@radicalnumerics.ai for information or requests.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@radicalnumerics.ai.

11. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Website may link to third-party websites or services. This policy does not apply to information those third parties collect and process independently under their own privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, Website, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last Updated” date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law or otherwise appropriate.
